Tips & tricks for success!
* Turn your Camera on and Mute yourself for best results.
* Pin Lindsy and you'll be able to see your buddies on the side.
* Use the chat to communicate anything - more volume? modifications? just ask!
* Attend as many Zooms as you can - 1/2 the benefits of FWL are the PEOPLE!
* Find a good place to always workout. You brain will associate this space with the good feelings of endorphins and in time ;), you'll be excited to go to your space! Note: your space may double as your kitchen, guest room, basement or bedroom - that's OK!
* Consistency > sporadically showing up. Good form with lighter weights > bad form with heavy weights.. A bad/short/modified workout > no workout
* Working out first thing in the morning means that you are the only thing that can get in the way of your workout.
* Always find your challenge for the day! Don't compare yourself to ANYONE else!
