Fitness and Nutrition go hand in hand. I am pleased to partner with Arbonne to offer their high-quality plant based-goods on my shop LindsyHarris.arbonne.com. I recommend that anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellness do the 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge.

Each week will have four zoom classes for you to attend. A typical weekly schedule is 3 morning classes at 5:30 or 6:15am MST and one at 9:30am. Holidays and summers vary. If you happen to miss one, don't worry! I will have two sessions each week uploaded and accessible in your Account Dashboard. If you are local to the Denver metro/Castle Rock area, one class a week is also offered live.
