Hi! I'm Lindsy! I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach & an AFAA certified Group Fitness instructor. As a working mom of three young boys, I understand how life's circumstances can make it hard to get to the gym. I also know from experience that it can be hard to focus and workout hard at home. That's why I started Fit With Lindsy: Gym-quality group fitness classes with the convenience of a home work out. I bring my expertise, experience, energy and enthusiasm to motivate you and keep you accountable to your fitness goals!
View PlansOld School Aerobics meets HIIT training, plyometrics, barre and (most importantly) your favorite jams! HIGH Fitness zooms are offered up to twice per week as well as in person for those living in the Denver metro area.
SCUPLT classes focus on muscular endurance and muscle fatigue. We work every major muscle group to increase lean muscle mass and tone. FLEX classes focus on slower, heavier and fewer repetitions to build strength.
HIIT training is my absolute favorite! Tabata timing allows us to put forth all out effort to really push the limits of strength and cardio work! In POWER we start with a base move and add on to push your body to the next level.
Zoom classes ensure you're not alone and that you feel a sense of accountability and community! I offer four Zoom class times a week. HIIT & Strength classes are recored and added to our vast library of on-demand workouts. Barre & HIGH Fitness are only offered via Zoom or live classes.
With your membership, you’ll have access to my library of workouts that you can do over and over again. You’ll also get a zoom link to join into live classes 4 days a week!
